For select chambers BCL provides a Managed Floor Service. Managed Floor services are provided to both Registered Group and non-Registered Group floors across the BCL network.

Participation in the Service is a Term and Condition of applying for and acceptance of any offer of rooms on a BCL Managed Floor, whether as a sole occupant or as a sharer.
