In early 2025 BCL listed Douglas Menzies Chambers for sale.

Douglas Menzies Chambers is owned by BCL and is situated in the heart of the Melbourne CBD legal precinct, on the corner of Little Bourke and William Streets and directly next to the Supreme Court.

The building opened in 1996 and is named in honour of Sir Douglas Menzies, who followed a distinguished career at the Victorian Bar with his appointment to the Bench of the High Court in 1958 and his knighting the same year.
